Village Manager
Role Based in Yeronga, QLD
Internally referred to as Lifestyle Village Manager (Retirement Living)
About the Role
Lead a vibrant retirement community where every day is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference.
Reporting to the Village Manager, you'll join The Village Retirement Group on a full-time basis, supporting the day-to-day leadership of one of Brisbane's premier retirement communities. Working alongside an experienced Village Manager, you'll help create an exceptional resident experience while continuing to grow your leadership career.
Duties
- Support the day-to-day leadership and operations of the village
- Build trusted relationships with residents, families, contractors and key stakeholders
- Coordinate contractors and service providers to maintain a safe, welcoming and well-presented community
- Deliver engaging resident experiences through events, wellbeing initiatives and community programs
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture focused on exceptional resident service
Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
- Leadership experience in retirement living, property management, hospitality, aged care, facilities management or a similar customer-focused environment
- Experience coordinating contractors and external service providers
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and organisational skills
- Current First Aid Certificate (including CPR) and National Police Check
- Strong computer skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
