Maclean Partners is looking for a proactive and detail-focused Client Implementation Specialist to join our growing Financial Planning team in Townsville.

About the Role

As our Client Implementation Specialist, you'll work closely with Financial Advisers, Paraplanners and Managers to ensure financial advice is accurately implemented and clients receive exceptional service throughout the process.

This is a varied role where you'll coordinate advice implementation, manage client communications and ensure administration is completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare implementation documentation for financial planning recommendations
  • Coordinate investment, superannuation and insurance implementations from start to completion
  • Liaise with clients, advisers and product providers to ensure timely outcomes
  • Maintain accurate client records within Compass (Xplan)
  • Respond to client enquiries professionally and promptly
  • Complete administration tasks within required timeframes
  • Follow up outstanding applications and provider requests
  • Support Advisers, Paraplanners and the broader Financial Planning team
  • Contribute to process improvements while maintaining compliance and accuracy

About You

You'll ideally have experience in a Financial Planning, Wealth Management or Financial Services support role. Experience with advice implementation is highly regarded, but we're equally interested in people with excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn.

You'll also bring:

  • Experience in Financial Planning, Wealth Management or Financial Services
  • Exposure to investment, superannuation or insurance administration (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Compass (Xplan) or similar software (advantageous)
  • Strong administration, organisation and time management skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative, customer-focused approach
