Your Next Opportunity

Reporting to the Deputy Director-General as part of the Executive Team, you will lead the Corporate Services Division and oversee essential corporate functions supporting FFA's strategic objectives in Honiara, Solomon Islands.

Duties

  • Lead, manage, and coordinate the activities of the Corporate Services Division
  • Oversee Agency business planning, Annual Work Programme, and Budget
  • Provide strategic policy and technical advice to the organisation
  • Oversee human resources management, administration, facilities, and contracts
  • Support the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Framework

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, HR, Public Administration, or related field with postgraduate training
  • 10+ years of senior executive leadership in public service or corporate operations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse corporate functions and drive organisational improvement
  • Excellent awareness of fisheries issues and stakeholder protocols across the Pacific region
  • Highly developed communication, organisational, and change management capabilities
