About the Role
Internally referred to as the Manager – Accounting, Tax & Business Advisory, you'll lead a portfolio of privately owned business clients while mentoring a capable team and delivering Accounting, Tax & Business Advisory services.
Duties
- Manage a portfolio of privately owned business clients
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team
- Deliver Accounting, Tax & Business Advisory services
- Build trusted client relationships and provide commercial advice
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary specialists to deliver integrated client solutions
Skills & Experience
- CA or CPA qualified
- Australian public practice Accounting, Tax & Business Advisory experience
- Experience managing client portfolios and leading team members
- Strong relationship management and commercial mindset
- Virtual CFO or broader advisory experience highly regarded
