About the Role

GPK Group is seeking a full-time Level 2 Service Desk Engineer to join our Wangara, WA office! You'll be part of a smaller, close-knit team, playing a hands-on role across our end-to-end Service Desk and some onsite desktop-related work, designing, building, testing, and implementing ICT systems and solutions.

Duties

  • Drive client projects while designing, building, testing, and implementing ICT systems and solutions.
  • Document the scope of work and create accurate records for GPK and the client.
  • Provide network and hardware management for our clients during business hours and available after-hours.
  • Deliver technical support, advice, coaching, mentoring, and training across a range of technologies.
  • Collaborate with our client base and establish strong, positive relationships.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in an MSP environment highly regarded, with time spent at Level 1 and 2.
  • Experience with IT systems including firewalls, Microsoft platforms, ConnectWise/IT Glue, and virtual environments.
  • Qualification in related IT along with experience managing complex multisite clients.
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to find long-term solutions.
