Densford Civil is seeking an experienced Senior HSE Advisor to help shape the future of our safety function while working towards a genuine leadership opportunity.
You'll partner with operational leaders across Perth Metro projects, mentor a growing HSE team and play a key role in driving continuous improvement across the business.

About the Role
Reporting to the HSE Coordinator, you'll provide strategic and operational HSEQ support across civil construction projects throughout Perth.
You'll be responsible for:
- Providing HSE leadership across multiple projects
- Conducting audits, inspections and compliance reviews
- Leading incident investigations and corrective actions
- Supporting ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 systems
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentoring junior HSE team members
- Building strong relationships with project teams and stakeholders
About You
You'll bring:
- 7 - 10 years' HSE experience within civil construction or a related industry
- Diploma or Degree in WHS (or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation
- Experience working within ISO-certified management systems
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
- Current WA Driver's Licence
