Business Services Manager
About the Role
Lead West Arnhem Regional Council's Business & Commercial Services portfolio in Jabiru, NT. Drive commercial performance, oversee contracts and funding, and mentor a multidisciplinary team — all while reporting directly to the Director of Technical Services.
Duties
- Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team
- Strengthen commercial performance across Council's portfolio
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and service delivery
- Drive business development and new funding opportunities
- Provide commercial insights that inform Executive decisions
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or Management (or equivalent leadership experience)
- Demonstrated leadership of commercial, contracts or business service functions
- Strong financial management, budgeting and reporting skills
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
- Current C Class driver's licence
