Lead the Future of Our Service

Lead the day-to-day operations of our thriving community-based early learning service in Darwin, NT. Reporting to the Management Committee and working closely with our Business Manager, you will ensure high-quality education, regulatory compliance, team development, and continuous improvement.

  • Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality education, care, and regulatory compliance.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop educators and emerging leaders within the team.
  • Manage staffing, rosters, enrolments, operational budgets, and overall centre performance.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives to maintain engaging, safe, and well-resourced learning environments.
  • Build positive relationships with families, the Management Committee, and the wider community.

Could This Be You?

  • Hold at least a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
  • Demonstrate leadership experience as an Assistant Director, 2IC, Educational Leader, or similar.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and EYLF legislation.
  • Possess a current Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card), or the ability to obtain prior to commencement.
  • Hold current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or the ability to obtain).
