South Pacific Air Conditioning (SPAC) is looking for a General Manager to bring their leadership style to its Projects Division team in Port Moresby, PNG.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will provide management and guidance to the team of over 60 personnel including Project Managers, Contracts Administrators, Draftspersons, Technicians, Tradespeople and Apprentices of the PNG Projects Division, and contribute to the continual growth of the company by improving the operation of the Projects division.
This is a pivotal role in which you will ensure SPAC's quality and growing reputation is maintained, by assuring both the company's quality of work, standards and staff, and by fostering contractual relationships with clients, to increase satisfaction.
Due to SPAC hours of operation including 8am-5pm Monday-Friday and 8am-12pm Saturday, normal working hours for this role will include Saturdays and occasionally Sundays, depending on workload.
