Through Centacare, the BRIDGE Program offers an early intervention program that aims to enhance family dynamics and to promote healthy relationships. BRIDGE provides both an on-site and an outreach service that works with families in Mount Isa.

The Family Relationship Services Program is a counselling service which provides assistance to individuals, couples and families that focus on enhancing relationships.

About the Opportunity

Due to continual expansion, Centacare has fantastic opportunities for 2 Counsellors to join their BRIDGE Program and 1 Counsellor to join the Family Relationship Services Program in Mt Isa.

The primary aim of the BRIDGE Counsellor is to empower children who have suffered harm, so they can regain their sense of dignity and self-worth. Using a therapy based approach, you will address past issues of abuse and support children and families through traumatic life changes.

The Family Relationship Services program counsellors are primarily responsible for counselling individuals, couples and families - focusing on family and relationship issues.

To reward your commitment, Centacare will offer attractive remuneration circa $42,655 - $50,108, depending on your qualifications and experience. In addition to this, general salary sacrifice packaging of up to $16,050 will significantly increase your take home pay.
