About the Opportunity

If you're a self-motivated 'go getter' committed to supporting the goals of Indigenous Australians, STEPS Training has a fantastic opportunity for Trainers - Language, Literacy and Numbers to join their dynamic team in Alice Springs.

 

The main aim of this exciting role is to develop and deliver accredited Literacy and Numeracy training programs to indigenous jobseekers in remote Communities surrounding Alice Springs and the greater NT area.

Due to the remoteness of some of these communities, this role will involve extensive travel by road and by air, and time away from home. However, STEPS does ensure that staff have a healthy work/life balance with extra time accrued to be taken upon return from the field.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will be significantly rewarded with a generous salary $55,000 - $60,000 + super (commensurate with experience).
