About the Opportunity

Septic Systems Australia (SSA) is now seeking an experienced Plumber to join their team as a full-time Service Technician. You will be based out of the Kilsyth office, however, the majority of your time will be spent servicing and repairing systems across Victoria (typically same-day trips).

Working closely with the Servicing Administration Officer, you will be responsible for the service and repair of septic systems for SSA's residential and commercial customers.

More specifically, some of your key duties will include:

* Diagnosing system faults and undertaking repairs to all types of septic systems;

* Performing major repairs to septic systems, including confined space jobs, and irrigation installations/upgrades;

* Managing customer expectations, enquiries and complaints;

* Arriving on time, every time for all appointments;

* Maintaining outstanding communications with customers and SSA's office at all times;

* Demonstrating exceptional presentation (uniform, vehicles, etc.) at all times; and

* Developing accurate service reports through the online servicing program and keeping customer records up to date.
