About Nunkuwarrin Yunti and the Link-Up SA Program

Nunkuwarrin Yunti is the foremost Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation in Adelaide, SA, managed by an all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Board whose members are chosen by the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.

Nunkuwarrin Yunti's Link Up SA program aims to reunite members of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Stolen Generations to their family, country and culture. The program delivers culturally sensitive research, counselling and reunion activities to help Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people find out where they were removed from, and to reconnect with the families from whom they were removed as a result of past government practices.

About the Opportunity

Nunkuwarrin Yunti is seeking a Team Manager to lead their Link Up SA program on a full-time basis. You'll be leading a team of nine staff within the Adelaide office, with a client base spanning all of South Australia.

Reporting to the Middle Manager - Social and Emotional Wellbeing, you will be responsible for delivering key services in alignment with the national Link Up Service Provider Manual and agreed funding contract KPIs. Core service delivery will comprise maximising the research and recovery of client records, making connections to client family, country and culture, completing reunions, targeted counselling services and promotion of services to the South Australian community.
