The Opportunities

Mansfield Crushing is now seeking driven Plant Operators (Excavator and Loader) and Leading Hands (Crushing Operators) to join their experienced team. These roles are being offered on a full-time basis, with overtime hours available on evenings and Saturdays.

Plant Operators

The Excavator Operator and Loader Operator positions play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of Mansfield Crushing mobile sites.

Key responsibilities of these roles include:

* Pre-starting machines;

* Operating equipment as per instructions;

* Maintaining cabin hygiene;

* Maintaining equipment and reporting any faults;

* Fuelling and greasing at the end of each day, as part of shut-down; and

* Assisting in plant maintenance as required.

Leading Hands

As a Leading Hand, you'll be responsible for managing the mobile crushing site and overseeing Mansfield Crushing Operators, as well as operating Crushing equipment yourself.

Typical duties include:

* Continuously supervising production processes;

* Providing leadership to a small team of direct reports;

* Performing plant preventative maintenance and repairs;

* Ensuring equipment is maintained to standards;

* Liaising with key stakeholders in regards to scheduled maintenance;

* Maintaining a safe workplace with a strong OH&S focus; and

* Carrying out inspections and reporting.
